If your final count is odd, Chez Cole may provide an additional player for $135, subject to staff availability.

Our downtown St. Petersburg studio accommodates up to eight Sugar Rush participants.

Micro Cookie Challenges are quick, staffed decorating games designed for tradeshows, conferences, networking events, corporate parties, and celebrations.

Guests can stop by, play a game, and return to the main event within a few minutes.

Participants receive a Micro Cookie Challenge Pass and visit the tall game tables positioned throughout the event space.

At each table, the guest plays a quick decorating game with a Chez Cole team member or another attendee. After completing the game, the participant’s pass is stamped.

Each game takes approximately 2–5 minutes.

No. Micro Cookie Challenges are designed as a drop-in activity. Guests can participate whenever they are ready.

We provide the game tables, challenges, passes, cookies, decorating supplies, event team, participant cookie boxes, setup, facilitation, and cleanup.

Micro Cookie Challenge events begin at $1,500 plus applicable sales tax.

The starting event price includes up to 75 participants, up to two hours of game time, two staffed game tables, two Chez Cole team members, supplies, challenge passes, and one boxed cookie for each participant.

Larger events, additional game tables, longer event times, increased staffing, travel, and custom branding are quoted according to the event.

Micro Cookie Challenges are short, drop-in games created for guests attending a larger event.

Whisk Wars is a high-energy cookie game experience for children and teens ages 6–18.

Participants decorate, compete, work with partners, complete challenges, and celebrate during an awards presentation.

Whisk Wars lasts approximately two hours.

Whisk Wars is $65 per child, with a minimum of 10 children billed.

Applicable sales tax and processing fees are additional.

Yes. At least one designated parent or responsible adult must remain for the duration of the event.

Our cookies and supplies are prepared and handled in environments where common allergens may be present.

An inquiry or proposal does not guarantee availability. Your date is secured after the required agreement and payment have been received.

The payment schedule for private and corporate events will be included in your proposal and event agreement.

Publicly ticketed events must be paid in full when registering.

Unless stated otherwise, applicable sales tax and processing fees are additional.

Sugar Rush invoices include a 3% processing fee.

Private events, corporate experiences, and publicly ticketed events may have different cancellation and rescheduling terms.

The policy that applies to your booking will be included in your proposal, event agreement, or ticket information.

No. Chez Cole provides the cookies, decorating supplies, tools, and materials needed for the scheduled experience.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move and participate.

Aprons are provided during Sugar Rush, but royal icing can be messy. Clothing with sleeves that can be rolled up is recommended.

Events begin at the scheduled time.

Late guests may join the experience in progress, but the lesson, challenge, or event time cannot be restarted or extended.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.

Yes. Every Chez Cole event includes a dedicated photographer who captures candid moments, game play, group photos, and award presentations.

Event photographs are shared with the event organizer after the experience.

Photographs or video may also be used by Chez Cole Cookie Events for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us before the event and speak with a team member upon arrival.
