1. Booking & Payment
How do I book a class or private event?
All bookings can be made online at chezcole.com. For private events or corporate bookings, please fill out the inquiry form or contact us directly.
Can I reserve spots without full payment?
No, all spots must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payments through our secure online booking system.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a perfect gift for holidays, birthdays, or special occasions.
2. Cancellations & Transfers
What is your cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, if something comes up, you can transfer your ticket to another person or use the credit for a future class with prior notice.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend?
Yes! Just send us an email with your booking details and the name of the person who will be attending in your place.
What happens if Chez Cole cancels an event?
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be given the option to reschedule or receive store credit.
3. Event Details
How long are the classes?
Most classes run between 90 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the theme and event type.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Nope! We provide everything you need — cookies, icing, tools, aprons, and packaging to take your creations home.
Is there a dress code?
Not at all! Just wear something comfortable. We do recommend short sleeves or rolling up sleeves — frosting and fun can get a little messy!
What’s included in the class price?
Your ticket includes all decorating supplies, cookies, step-by-step instruction, and complimentary drinks and charcuterie (for adult events). Plus, we’ll capture fun photos throughout!
4. Age Requirements
Are kids allowed?
Kids are welcome at our family-friendly and Mommy & Me events! For our adult-only events, participants must be 16+.
Can I drop my child off or do I need to stay?
For children under 16, a parent or guardian must remain with them during the event.
Do you offer kids-only parties or family events?
Yes! We host private kids’ parties and family-friendly cookie decorating events. Contact us to plan your special event.
5. Alcohol & Food
Is alcohol served at events?
Yes, at adult events, we offer complimentary wine, mocktails, and charcuterie for guests 21+. Please bring valid ID if you plan to enjoy alcohol.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
We prepare food in a facility that handles common allergens. If you have severe allergies, please let us know in advance, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Are your charcuterie boards nut-free/gluten-free/vegan?
Our charcuterie boards may contain nuts, dairy, and gluten. We are happy to provide ingredient lists upon request.
6. Location & Parking
Where are you located?
You’ll find us at 433 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, FL 33701 — right in the heart of downtown.
Is there parking nearby?
Parking is off-street metered parking, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot. We recommend arriving early to give yourself extra time to park.
Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our studio is wheelchair accessible, and we have an elevator. If you need special accommodations, please contact us ahead of time so we can assist.
7. Private Events & Corporate Bookings
Do you host private parties or corporate team-building events?
Absolutely! We host birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, corporate events, and more.

How far in advance should I book a private event?
We recommend booking private events at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons.
Can you come to our location for an off-site event?
Yes! We travel outside our studio for private events with 10 or more participants. Contact us to discuss off-site availability and logistics.
8. Photography & Media
Will photos be taken during the event?
Yes! We love capturing candid moments throughout the event and include a photo session at the end.
Can I request not to be photographed?
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let our staff know before the event begins, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9. Safety & Building Use
Are there safety rules I need to know about?
Yes — for everyone’s safety, please remain in the designated event areas and follow instructions from our staff.
What areas of the building are off-limits?
Guests are only permitted in the rooms and spaces we invite you into. Please do not enter any closed or restricted areas.
10. Event Start Time
What if I’m running late?
Events start on time, whether or not all participants have arrived. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled. If you arrive late, you’re welcome to jump in, but we won’t be able to restart or extend the class.
11. Miscellaneous
Do you sell DIY cookie kits?
Yes! We offer DIY cookie kits for holidays and special occasions. You can find them on our website and Etsy store, or you can call 978-569-8503 to place an order.
Can I purchase decorated cookies?
We no longer sell custom decorated cookies — we focus on teaching you how to create them yourself!
