1. General Participation Policy

By purchasing a ticket or participating in any event at Chez Cole, you agree to comply with all policies and disclaimers outlined below.

2. Children & Supervision

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during events. Chez Cole is not responsible for the supervision, safety, or behavior of minors.

3. Complimentary Alcohol & Charcuterie

Complimentary wine, mocktails, and charcuterie are offered at select events for guests aged 21 and older. By participating, you agree that Chez Cole is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption or food allergies. Please drink responsibly.

4. Food Allergy & Foodborne Illness Disclaimer

All food products are prepared in a facility that may process common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. By participating in any event or consuming any food or beverages provided, you acknowledge potential risks and release Chez Cole from liability for any allergic reactions, illness, or foodborne illness. Guests are responsible for communicating any severe allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

5. Photography & Media Release

By attending any Chez Cole event, you grant Chez Cole the right to take photographs and videos of you and your party. All media captured is the property of Chez Cole and may be used in marketing materials, on social media, and in promotional content without compensation.

6. Safety & Building Policy

For the safety of all guests, participants must remain in designated event areas and are not permitted in other parts of the building. Chez Cole is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that occur outside of designated areas or due to failure to follow staff instructions.

7. Behavior Policy

Chez Cole reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from an event for inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

8. Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All reservations are non-refundable.

• In the event of illness or emergency, tickets may be transferred to a future event or to another guest with prior written notice.

• Chez Cole reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or store credit.

9. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Chez Cole event or activity, guests voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Chez Cole, its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands resulting from participation, including but not limited to injury, property damage, illness, or other losses.

10. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the premises, décor, or equipment by themselves or members of their party.

11. Weather & Emergency Policy

In the event of inclement weather or other emergencies, Chez Cole will notify participants of cancellations and rescheduling procedures.

12. Intellectual Property

All class content, recipes, designs, and event concepts are the intellectual property of Chez Cole and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for personal business without prior written consent.

13. Pricing Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. Chez Cole reserves the right to adjust pricing for classes, private bookings, and products at any time.
