Before the awards ceremony, each participant is invited to write a personal note of appreciation to their final challenge partner. It's an opportunity to recognize a strength, celebrate a contribution, or simply thank someone for sharing the experience.

These thoughtful notes often become a meaningful keepsake and a reminder that feeling seen, valued, and appreciated matters.

Participants are also given a special coin to award to the person they felt most connected with throughout the event. The individual receiving the most coins earns the Connector Award, a special prize, and ultimate bragging rights.

Offsite events are available for groups of any size and are priced at $135 per participant. We handle the travel, setup, supplies, facilitation, prizes, photos, and cleanup so your team can focus on having fun.

Many of our Sugar Rush challenges are played in teams of two, creating opportunities for collaboration, communication, and connection. For this reason, all events require an even number of participants.

If your group has an odd number of attendees, Chez Cole can provide an additional player for $150.

Complimentary wine, mocktails, and charcuterie are included with Signature and Next Level experiences hosted at the Chez Cole Studio.

Alcohol & food are not included with offsite events. However, a professional mobile bar service can be arranged for an additional fee.

When hosted at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, dinner and beverage packages may be available.
